Take your sleeping bag with you because your time means nothing to him. Three appointments and over an hour wait from appointed time on all occasions. Then wanted to do biopsy on first visit because of high PSA, MRI was ok. When asked if procedure would be through backside he said yes, when done this way risk of contamination is quite high, in fact this could be very dangerous. Second PSA taken and count was low. Third appointment didn't show up on time again waited 45 minutes and walked out. No respect for peoples time and if you don't do your own research look out.

Dr Haxhimolla has been excellent. My bladder cancer has been removed and the annual checks (including a flexible cystoscopy) have gone well. I have every confidence in his skills and abilities. Direct, clear and compassionate.

I have, each time I've seen him, found Dr Hodo so helpful and caring, taking time to explain things, answering all questions. As a private patient he was expensive, but when surgery didn't get the desired result, follow up procedure being done as Medicare... which is great as I couldn't pay again!

Rudest, most arrogant 'specialist' i have ever spoken to. Obviously has NO care for patients, the tone and rude remarks from him shouldn't be tolerated. So unprofessional, rude and couldn't care less about you.

I had been a patient of Hodo's for a couple of years before he convinced me to have a TURP operation. This was life changing - I'm so happy I did it. I went from low flow, frequent urination to wizzing like a fire-hose, so good!
I did have a minor complication after the surgery whilst still in the hospital, after the catheter was taken out - a blockage due to blood clotting. This resulted in a call from the nurses to Hodo at 2am in the morning and advice to the oncall Dr to re-insert a catheter. Hodo came in later that Saturday on his day off before heading up to Sydney to make sure everything was OK.
The operation was a massive success, no more issues - peeing is better and even my sexual function is better.
If I need more work in the future - I will definitely go back to Dr. Haxhimolla.

Dr. Haximholla has been looking after me for a few years. I have always found him to be an extremely thorough and competent physician who communicates issues and solutions to patients. Very happy with my treatment and outcomes.

Have seen Mr Hodo Haximolla on four or five occasions for kidney and prostate conditions over 6-8 years and found him, on each occasion, highly professional, knowledgeable, caring, and a good communicator - and, unusually among medical specialists, about a whole range of topics and human experience.

ongoing problems after turp operation including several hospitalizations with infections and over one year of antibiotic treatment and as a final result chronic epididymitis nothing short of a nightmare.

Today i has a consult regarding a very private problem. I require a tight frenum to be removed. During the whole process I felt like a inconvenience and he suggested 2 options - no treatment and use gels or under the knife. Never gave me the option of raising another referral to see someone else so might be able to offer an procedure. Instead he said I could ask a plastic surgeon. No effort to follow that up on his end To find the right doctor....I was basically left to defend for myself. I really didn’t feel the consult appointment was value for money. I paid $250 and it was a waste of time. Later I contacted my doctor to advised how disappointed I was. I am now going to a clinic where they have the technology to complete under local. Overall if you have a frenum issue I wouldn’t recommend this place or Hodo

Had two procedures done with Dr. Haxhimola. Both times He did an excellent job. He is a great surgeon and a very nice person. I recommend him to all.
