She is the best! The whole family love her. I had an emergency and my regular dentist gave me an appointment five days later. I checked phone book for dentists close to home. She made room for me on the same day…..haven’t looked back! Been seeing her for over twenty years. Highly recommend!

We had 3 generations in our family going to see Dr. Thuy-Tu Nguyen as our dentist. She was recommended to me by my dad in 1998 and we have been with her ever since. She is so gentle and explains everything she is doing. I trust her opinion completely.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service I received from Dr. Nguyen and her whole team from surgical assistants to the office and payments. I was run over by a car right in the jaw and face in 1996 and have been seeing dental surgeons and maxillofacial surgeons ever since and I have never come across such a caring, compassionate and easy to understand service. I have no example of the service I got in my first few appointments with Dr. Nguyen versus ALL the other dentists in over 20 years as a patient here and in other cities, for example, Hamilton. Dr. Nguyen will sit down, next to you, remove her head gear to speak to you eye to eye, and explain to you in simple terms exactly what and where, how she will take care of the work, time, appointments necessary and billing. I had no idea this existed. Either I was very unlucky OR I have finally found a REAL dentist surgeon. I believe the latter more than the former by far...

Dr. Nguyen has been very helpful over the past several months in dealing with my dental issues. She was very professional. She provided full and frank options. She is very gentle when working on your teeth. She explains the process as she goes along so I could appreciate exactly what was happening and for that I am very grateful. Unlike other medical offices, the staff at this office takes punctuality to a whole ew realm and would explain even the slightest delay. This is much appreciated because one often does not get that with other medical professionals. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen. I would certainly recommend her.

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist! Her skill with that needle is the best I've seen in my six decades. She has a lovely sense of humour and the the staff around her feel simultaneously relaxed and focused.

While the dental centre itself is a bit dated, Dr. Nguyen is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She was wonderful while dealing with my toddler, and equally as great during my appointment. All other staff that we’ve come into contact with have been great, as well. Would certainly recommend!
