Wonderful doctor. Diagnosed the underlying problem. Highly recommend him. I have seen many dr in india as wel as in US but he was the one who found the reason. I am very thankful!!

All of my concerns are address by this fabulous gentleman. Office staff is very organized and I have NEVER been forgotten about. He is on top of my health issues and even if my symptoms don't relate to my Crohn's Disease, he is interested in helping me find solutions.

His staff is amazing! Dr Nel is kind and compassionate and stays up on the most recent developments. I am glad he is in charge of my health. Orders labs and meds in a quick manner, quick to respond to calls & requests. Make me feel like I am his only patient sometimes.

Told me my treatment plan was to spend more and more money on the same pills but with different names, instead of suggesting a different kind of treatment in general! Not a lot of check ins to monitor progression. At least he could give me a diagnosis and explain what it was.
