Dr.Alison was so imperative to the decrease of my headache symptoms. I was nervous about my first visit because I had never seen an Upper Cervical chiropractor before, but after about 20 minutes my neck was less tense, my concentration seemed to improve and my overall demeanor was improved. Dr. Alison was the first doctor I have ever seen who was able to get to the root of my issues. I have had chronic migraines for years. She specializes in the upper cervical spine which is exactly where my problem was stemming from. Since seeing her I have been migraine-free, pain-free, I sleep better, I have more energy, and I overall feel like a healthier, happier person. I am so glad I found Dr. Bremner at Atlas Chiropractic. I have been a patient under Dr. Bremner in 2022 and she has single-handedly helped me take the final step in activating my parasympathetic nervous system after being stuck in fight or flight for years. She is informative, kind, welcoming and very skilled in what she does. Upper Cervical chiropractic can be intimidating to understand at first, but Dr. Bremner is with you every step of the way -- from x-rays, to the adjustment, and every moment in between.
