It was written by my abusive husband who had a court hearing on Monday for assaulting me and he is mad at Dr. Cohen because Dr. Cohen helped me stand up to him. I was Dr. Cohen's patient and my husband was never his patient. Dr. Cohen has been my rock throughout this process and as other people have said, I don't knwo what I would have done without him. My husband is just blaming Dr. Cohen and I hope the court sees this. Dr. Cohen I am so sorry. You Don't deserve this. I feel like I now brought him into your life. I really am sorry and want you to know if you don't already that you are the only thing that held me together through this.

Dr. Cohen has been so much more than just a psychologist to me. He believed in me when I didn't believe in myself and challenged me to be more. I will never forget when he said that one day he hoped that I would be able to see myself as he saw me. Dr. C, thank you for the mirror. You are the greatest.

He's the only psychologist I've ever been able to be 100% with. He's incredibly intelligent, insightful, therapeutic, skillful, and literally will be in your corner. He's the epitome of what people go into the field of psychology to be. He's a really good psychologist and person. I've seen many mental health professionals and I'm not the easiest person to treat or connect with. With Cohen you know he actually cares about you and wants to help you. He's always made time for me in emergencies, helped my family too, made time to check in on me, and overall is so reliable and kind. He's a gem. Also, the weird comments on here are obviously from someone Cohen's not treating...alas, there's no cure for douchebaggery...though if someone could find a cure it be Cohen. *Here's hoping*

Dr. Cohen is positively a miracle worker. I have seen many, many Psychologists over that past 6 years. I have worked with both private and the Veterans programs and NO ONE has been able to make the amazing advances in helping me deal with my PTSD. His approach is straight forward with an exceptional ability to absorb the info, analysis, explain why and provide solutions that actually work. Dr. constantly goes well above and beyond what any patient could ever expect. Laura, the office manager is every bit as helpful and friendly as Dr. Cohen.

Again, please disregard the review below. My husband is angry with Dr. Cohen because Dr. Cohen supported me. I stood up to my husband for the first time in decades and will no longer be his punching bag. My husband is now facing consequences and is blaming me and Dr. Cohen for his actions. I wouldn't go to anyone except Dr. Cohen. For years I lived as an abused woman but I've changed. No more.

Please disregard the 2 reviews below. They were written by my abusive significant other who does not want me to get better. I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for a while now and he has been nothing but wonderful and supportive. I am not an easy person to work with but he has been patient and continues to work with me so I can be a better, stronger and happier person. Dr. Cohen stood up to my sig other when I couldn’t, and due to that my sig other is trying to get back at him with poor reviews. Dr. Cohen, I am so sorry. Please know that I am very grateful for all that you have done for me.

He's "out there". Absolutely not well-grounded. Serious and obvious blinders when it comes to considering diagnosing disorders. An LCSW would be much better than this flake... a lunatic!
