Dr. Ana Lisa Carr is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever seen. She's attentive - listens - and goes beyond the call of duty to make you feel like you are a very valued customer. I wouldn't think of seeing ANYONE ELSE!

Dr Carr is the worst physician I have ever seen. Extremely curt, rude and I felt not very knowledgeable.
I concur with the other review stating that she has the bedside manner of a starved the baboon.
Her staff is obnoxious and condescending.
Never again.

The staff in incompetent. Dr. A. Carr has the bedside matter of a starved baboon. She was rude and quite narcissistic, maybe if she humbles herself, that actually being polite to her patients is part of her job.

Since my first visit to this office last year I think the office staff at the front and when you call are in my opinion rude, not friendly and don't seem to be the type of people who should work in a doctor office. I asked a simple question and it was like I was annoying the lady who I was speaking to. If it wasn't for Dr. Ana Lisa I would not go back. She was friendly, knowledgeable and a great! I have recommended a few close friends to Dr Ana Lisa and didn't voice my opinion about the staff just stated she's a great doctor.. As soon as they left they called to tell me the same exact thing about the staff! I wasn't shocked... Sad as I will continue to see Dr. Ana my friends won't..

One of the best experiences I've had at a doctors office. Friendly staff, moderate wait time, and an extremely knowledgeable doctor. Very pleased with the old school medical practice in a modern way. Will definitely be going back and establishing as a patient.

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DOCTORS OFFICE! MY WIFE IS A PATIENT OF DR. CARR ON THE SAME INSURANCE PLAN, I INJURED MY ELBOW MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE DOCTOR AND WAS TOLD AFTER FILLING OUT PAPERWORK THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE. I LEFT, TOLD MY WIFE THEY DIDNT TAKE OUR INSURANCE SHE CALLED AND SPOKE TO MELISSA THE OFFICE MANAGER, MELISSA SAID SHE WAS VERY SORRY THEY AND THAT THEY DO TAKE OUR INSURANCE TO COME IN AT 10AM THE NEXT MORNING AND IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS TO ASK FOR HER. I WENT IN FILLED OUT PAPER WORK AGAIN WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES. TERESA CALLED ME TO THE WINDOW AND SAID WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. I EXPLAINED THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY AND I WAS TOLD TO TALK WITH MELISSA IF THERE WERE ANY QUESTIONS. I ASKED FOR MELISSA TERESA SAID SHE WAS NOT THERE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD PLEASE CALL HER TERESA SAID NO SHE IS WRONG WE HAVE TOO MANY PROBLEMS GETTING PAID WITH THIS INSURANCE. I SAID CAN YOU PLEASE CALL HER, SHE SAID NO. SUZY FROM THE FRONT DESK THEN SAID "I TOLD YOU YESTERDAY WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE"

Office added me at the last minute on a friday as new patient, saw Dr. Ana Lisa Carr within 15 minutes - she was great - very personable and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely go back to this office.
