At 1st visit Dr Lindwall was curt, but outlined a treatment plan., yet failed to order tests to track abnormal labs. At 2nd visit she ignored my comments that I was still unable to function and in terrible pain and instead referred me to a nutritionist with a four month waiting list. WTH?! I have life threatening autoimmune disease!

Initially Dr. Lindwall told me I only needed to make an appt once a year and at the six month mark have blood tests only and they'd call if problem. I just saw her last month, and she was visibly irritated and loudly and rudely informed me she is NOT in the telephone medicine business. She has messed up my blood work by not ordering everything and/or not specifying a certain lab she wants to read the results. They are going paperless and refused to give me my copy of blood work until appt was over so I had no way to make notes next to the results as doc explained them. Needless to say, I have no interest in returning to her.

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH RA ABOUT 5 YRS AGO AND HAVE SEEN A FEW DIFFERENT RHEUMATOLOGISTS. SHE IS BY FAR THE MOST THOROUGH AND COMPASSIONATE DR I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. I WAS SOO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND HER AND START MY TREATMENT ONLY TO BE CALLED AND TOLD THEY ARE NO LONGER CONTRACTED WITH MY INSURANCE. I AM SOOO BUMMED.

I've had RA for over 20 years. She is one of the best rheumatologists I've been too. I've been to too many that are satisfied with the status quo or don't believe I can get any better than I am. She is not. She ALWAYS strives to improve the condition of my health. She is extremely thorough and detailed. She reviews all notes and lab work with me. I don't need her to sugar coat anything. I need her to be straightforward. She is but not at the expense of caring and decency.

Dr. Lindwall was amazing and helped finally diagnose me. She was empathetic, thorough, and kind. The staff was also great. They brought me to a room with very little waiting. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Lindwall.

Dr. Lindwall is a great doctor. She takes her time and pays attention to details and treats the whole person. She is probably one of the best rheumatologists I've encountered.

The staff is either not trained properly or careless. The doctor is too offitious and unsympathetic to her patient's needs and mental well being.
