Staff is unprofessional, argumentative, uncaring, disgustingly rude and insensitive. Ghetto. They scheduled me under the wrong name and time, and instead of accommodating and rectifying the situation, the medical assistant and supervisor took it upon themselves to call me a liar about the scheduled time I was given, to mistreat me on the phone and in their office in front of other patients, deny me care, and not let me see my doctor. They insisted I find a new provider because I insisted they follow through with my appointment to do intake paperwork since I was a new patient, to do the labs they scheduled me for as I had not eaten anythjng as per their instructions, and because I demanded to speak with my doctor. I Never got to meet, see or speak with Dr. Martinez, who was supposed to be my Primary Care Physician. I had been waiting months to receive medical care, and his horrible medical assistant, supervisor Charrisa Martinez, was in a power trip and an impediment. She told me that she and doctor Martinez feel I would not be "happy" with them. I have serious medical issues I never got to discuss with the doctor because he empowers and hires the worst people that should not even be dealing with the public. I filed a complaint with Anthem Blue Cross, and have been assigned a new Primary Physician. My health is deteriorating and suffers because of the incompetence of his is staff and his incompetence for hiring them in the first place. Avoid him and the grief his staff will cause. Go elsewhere. Find a place with true professionals that sinceremy care for patients and treat them with dignity and goodwill. This place had none of that. Disgusting.
