My doctor for 17 years! I gave five stars for Knowledge, Helpfulness, Punctuality, and Staff..

Dr Arthur was my PCP for 6 years. At first she seemed very interested in my issues and the odd symptoms I was having. I was referred to several specialists, including 2 depts at UVA. After a time with no definitive diagnosis I noticed that she wasnt really listening anymore she didnt want to hear about internet searches I'd fine on my symptoms. She said to me that my symptoms were cause by my depression and anxiety. The last time I saw her she suggested I see s psychiatrist. What an insult and s disappointment. After seeing a new physician for two months I not only have s diagnosis but also and being treated and feeling much better. For general medical issues such as colds, flu, etc Arthur is capable enough but if you have an issue which is out of the norm you should seek another dr.

Dr. Arthur is among the best, and I consider her the very best for me. She listens to my concerns, gives me great advice, and always treats me in a way to give the best results for my whole well-being.

I really like Dr. Arthur. She listens, and like others who have commented, she doesn't want to load one up with various drugs. She has always answered my concerns with excellent advice. I'll stay with her as long as she's in this area.

She is a very sweet and caring doctor. She has always helped me with my problems and don't think I have ever had any complaints with her. She is very polite and never have to wait very long to see her.

Dr. Arthur has been my physician for 3 years. I have always found her extremely pleasant and she spends more than the normal time an average doctor would spend with me. She is more than knowledgeable, and I personally appreciate her anti approach to anti-biotics. I will continue to use and recommend her services.

Dr. Arthur was my General Practioner for almost a decade. She comes across polite, but when I was in need of antibiotics for pneumonia, she told me to give it a few days and when in desperate need of pain medication she was so witholding that when my pain continued, I was not in contact with my loved ones, because the pain took over. I suffered a great amount. Her actions were cruel.
