This doctor is terrible. I went in at nearly 10 weeks pregnant and loosing lots.. and I do mean lots of blood. I had an entire period in a 4 hour window. The doctor checked the babies (twins) and said that they were fine and sent me home.. while still bleeding. I went back to the hospital 40 minutes later as I pushed out clots the size of a baseballs. Dr put an ultrasound machine on me for a total of 10 seconds and told me “ I’m sorry, they are gone” told me to come back in the morning for an ultrasound to check if everything passed. sent in a social worker to talk about my loss and sent me on my way. I cried for 12 hours straight until my ultrasound where I found out both my babies were completely fine and actually measuring 5 days ahead. The doctor was prepping me for what he thought was happening and had absolutely no right to do that.

Dr Murray was excellent. I saw him at the Surrey Memorial Urgent Care Centre. He was able to diagnose and treat me when 2 other doctors misdiagnosed me in the last 3.5 weeks. He was also kind, explained things well to me and saw me in a prompt way, especially considering it was in an urgent care setting.

This Dr. dismissed my son's medical condition as soon as he found out my son had anxiety. Fortunately, a mom in the waiting room who overheard us at check-in "diagnosed" my son with an often overlooked medical condition that lines up perfectly with all his symptoms. This mom also noticed how condescending Dr. Murray had been to me. Having anxiety does not mean all other issues are anxiety related. Thinking that impairs a Dr.'s ability to effectively treat patients.

Dr Craig S Murray is a superior doctor in my experience with him at Surrey Hospital Emergency in 2012!!! He is the 1st doctor after years of back pain and spasms who ordered proper examination including CT scan of my back and found bulging disc pressing on nerves and much arthritis in my back. Rather than trying to ply me with addictive painkillers he helped me by looking for the cause of the pain whereas every other doctors ignored my request for proper exam. He is kind and patient and I can't say enough positive comments about him. Just incredibly grateful to this doctor. On the other hand, Dr Alano Kuan who was managing the Surrey ER was the doctor who analyzed the results of the scan and impatiently, if not angrily, asked me who ordered the scan before he read it. When Dr Kuan gave me the results it was apparent he had changed his attitude though his English was incredibly difficult to understand and had to have another doctor relay the information properly. Dr Murray best ever!!!
