She isn't a skilled dentist like others I have been seen, she doesn't explain treatment well and this concerning. I also don't like her attitude towards her patients and staff

Best dental office in the east end! You can actually forget why you are there! Everyone is fun and I spend more time laughing with them than thinking about my cleaning!

Dr Koala is so knowledgable, kind and efficient. The staff there is extremely professional and helpful. I had I have sedative root canal and they went above and beyond to help me get the best care with another dentist that dealt with this type of surgery

I have been a patient of Dr. Koala's for many years. She is a fabulous Dentist and has always been good to our family. I am sad to see the below comments as I feel her personal life does not affect her work at all!! Highly recommend her and her team.

- staff are not very knowledgeable and don't keep up-to-date with insurance benefit coverage; continuously overcharge for services not covered; don't return phone calls to discuss matters; in general, too many errors are made!

She is the worst dentist ( I wouldn't even call her a dentist) in the world, while trying to bleech two of my teeth in front, she couldn't make any changes the first time so after, her husband Dr. Louis, had to take over and do the whole thing all over again. Even though he said it wouldn't cost me anything since it was the so called Dr. Koala's fault, still they made me pay again and just after 2 days, both my teeth fell off ( from the gum line they just broke and fell off with no reason). So I went in and not only she was very rude, also she said it wasn't their fault at all and I had to do two implants in front and pay out of my own pocket. So I am telling you, if you want your teeth, YOU WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THE SO CALLED DR. KOAL AND DR. LOUIS! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILIY FOR WHAT THEY DO! SHE IS THE WORST DENTIST EVER!
