This is the first time I have seen Steven. I have to say he was very impressive. He took the time to talk about what was going to happen and allay any fears I had. He allowed time for my brain to process what he was telling me.
He also sent an email of the results of the procedure and where to next… on a Sunday afternoon..!
That has to be a first ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
