We went to Tim for IVF and he got us pregnant, second harvest, third embryo. His approach to care was pragmatic and frank, no nonsense, but kind. He also has a fun, wry sense of humour when it comes to small talk. Once pregnant, we decided to stay with him for the obstetric journey as well. We figured, he put our embryo in, he could get him out :) Bubba arrived a month early. Tim travelled back especially from a family weekend away to deliver our son, when he could have left the c section to another doctor on duty. I was truly impressed by his care for us. He went above and beyond to be there. I think because he deals with couples doing IVF he respects and understands the fear/ worry of his patients as an obstetrician. Couldn’t be happier with my high risk pregnancy and birth. Tim is a legend!

You have me for life!

Had many friends speak so highly of Tim.
Until yesterday I’ve never been to hospital or put under! Tim was incredible I felt so safe and in the best hands, him and Terry went above and beyond my expectations, from getting me an appointments same day to then doing an emergency procedure out of hours when he was spending precious time with family from interstate. Thank-you again it really made my first ever procedure a “good” experience.

Had our baby delivered by Dr Tim, and the overall experience during and after pregnancy was very satisfactory. Highly recommended!!!

Best obstetrician and gyno! He made my experience from start to finish incredible. He helped to diagnose my endometriosis, was compassionate and thorough through my first miscarriage and performed a curette. He then safely delivered my baby girl. He is an absolutely joy, keeping things light and fun through out our appointments. At the same time when he needs to be serious he is! Thank you Tim and I hope you will be able to deliver my second baby when the time comes!

I am a doctor myself. Tim performed lap surgery on me last year and is now obstetrician for my pregnancy as I was so happy with treatment last year. Very knowledgeable & genuinely cares. Feel fortunate to have such a great OBGYN.

Tim was my OBGYN for three pregnancies and births no episiotomy. Always informative professional and personable. Whilst I had complicated Births I have two close friends also had Tim care for them and he performed emergency ceasarean births that saved their babies lives. I Highly recommend Tim Sturrock.

Had a full episiotomy.and forceps delivery. Damage damage damage. Was very interested to read an earlier review that he performs an episiotomy on all patients. Would love to know if forceps were also used, which was my experience......

Knowledgable and professional but will only give information if you ask. Felt like he was not forthcoming with important information and as a FTM that made me uncomfortable and nervous. Tim performed an episiotomy on me even after we had spoken about it prior to my labour and the fact that i wanted to avoid one. I approached him about it and he did not tell me that he performs one on every one of his patients (i found this out from the midwife at the hospital)
If i have another baby i will find a different OBGYN.
