don't know what he's like now,but back in the day he was my gp...he was rude,arrogant and he performed a procedure on me once where he syringed my ears with ice cold tap water...didn't even offer me a towel to dry my ears and neck with..very nasty man always insulting me..so glad when he quit and gave up his practice..

Dr. Ursel's receptionist is very unfriendly at times. As for him, nice man but unskilled, had botox and 3 days later had eyebrows arched so high, I looked like a clown. Rookie mistake for an experienced doctor,

I live in Toronto and can easily go to a Skin Care office there, but I prefer Dr. Ureel's. I have had different treatments and skin care procedures, all of which were very welcome done. Michelle, Sherry and all the other staff I rarely see are always so professional.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ursel, his office, and his staff. He was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit. Dr. Ursel made sure going in that I felt knowledgeable, informed, and confident. He explained exactly what I should expect, both during the procedure itself, and of my results afterwards. If you’re considering getting a cosmetic procedure and you’re still on the fence, I definitely recommend Dr. Ursel.

Sherri the receptionist has very poor customer service skills. She is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. She seems to have a hard time even saying hello when you walk through the door. My overall experience was rather poor. Unfortunately when having someone like this working for you, it makes the overall office look very bad. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.
