Very expensive. Will not treat you unless you sign up for the "program". Pressures you and will do anything to get you to sign up for automatic bank drafts which are difficult to get out of. Charges for "physical therapy" which is just you doing exercises by yourself that you can do at home. I now get adjustments weekly, massage, and acupuncture for less, with no insurance hassles.
