The Doctor is so good. The staff are terrible. The staff are so mean and kept on cutting me off just because I needed to book to see the doctor

I have only talked to Dr Stafford once to talk about a prescription. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we discussed. I called the office today and got to talk to reception right away and she was great! Wrote down everything about what’s happening with me and was very pleasant and kind with me.

Dr. Stafford has treated my type 2 diabetes for a decade, I had a TeleMed follow-up for an elevated A1C. Her recent assistance and support in my recovery from serious, non-diabetic, injury as well as navigating resistance by insurers is at the top end of patient care. I find her care & support invaluable and appreciate her direct, forthright and succinct advice.

I had appointment phone with Dr, Sara G Stafford on the phone on August 8 I had to confirm the appointment the week before I tried calling 6 times to confirm I was to press 4 that didn`t even worked to leave a message then I called the office desk it took me to voice mail said that voice is full that happen to me 6 times I couldn`t get through for pressing 4 doesn`t work? So how do I get touch with them there is No way I can It stresses me I have hyper thyroid disease Its important I get this check I can`t because of the office desk and their phone services Of course they don`t have email address
I`m not very happy at all.

Dr Stafford is great. Just hope and pray you NEVER have to deal with her office staff. I’ve never in my life dealt with such rude and condescending office staff. They cut you off and laugh at you while you’re trying to explain something simple in order to get an appointment with Dr. I’ve called 3 times and they refuse to book me and appt and keep saying that she will call me at some point on a Friday to go over lab results ( I haven’t done labs)

Worst front office customer service. Phone rings forever. Messages are not responded to promptly. Have no knowledge of her credentials.
