Doctor is okay, but the staff are soooo rude..Avoid ASAP. Needs to take customer service course ladies.

Always feel rushed. She pushes pills. Don’t feel heard . Would like a more holistic approach. Lacks empathy. Feel shamed by her. Since Covid, the office is impossible to speak to a human. It takes many days for calls to be returned. The staff are rude and I’ve overheard them complaining about other patients. I’m looking for a new endocrinologist.

have left 3 messages for dr. stafford to call me regarding my daughter's blood test results. no response. when at her office she rushes, talks too quickly and ushers us out too quickly. will not return to her.

I have been seeing Dr. Stafford for 6 months and have not been impressed with her punctuality or response time. I called to follow up on bloodwork and was told i was on her 'to call' list. Two days later they called to get my email address and then still after nothing for 3 more days I called to follow up and their office is closed on Fridays. This in addition to sitting in her waiting room for over an hour as she sat in her colleagues office chatting for 45 minutes. She seems to have to regard for patients time nor compassion for their health. I will be requesting a new referral ASAP.

My rating is solely dedicated to the HORRENDOUS front desk staff, especially the office manager. I am a pretty tough individual and she's left me in tears on more than one occasion. Spoke to me like garbage and hung up on me multiple times. When I asked what her name was and who she reported to, she refused to tell me either. Told me that I had zero merit for any concerns and that she answers to no one. The doctors at this clinic may be fine but you'll be treated like you're worthless by the front line staff. I'd rather see an endocrinologist on the moon than go here and deal with these vicious women on the front desk.

She and her staff are available 24/7, 24 hours a week, 7 months a year. Good luck trying to get through their telephone answering system, either it rings nd rings and rings and then hangs up on you or saves you time by hanging up right away. Appointments with her are rushed and her advise is robotic and rehearsed. She likes to push medication right away and does not like to be questioned. She clearly does what she does for only in the interest of money.

I have been seeing Dr Stafford for many years. Dr Stafford has been very understanding with my diabetic problems and very quick with a solution that always works. Dr Stafford is very kind and caring person. i will be seeing her Aug 20/18.

After seeing Dr Stafford and then reading the negative reviews, I wondered if they were talking about the same physician. I found her affable, respectful, knowledgeable and empathetic. She was able to arrange a referral to a surgeon quickly. I had reason to call her back a few weeks later to ask additional questions and thought I may then see what the complaints were all about. Same thing, helpful and very warm and approachable. I have now had my surgery and today booked a f/u appt as recommended by the surgeon. The staff were pleasant and am seeing her in 2 weeks.
