Organized, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and quite different from the average medical experience these days. I came in very frightened of the tests for which I was scheduled, namely the ENG. Dr. Schmitt, Au.D. really helped me relax and get through the tests without any pain or sickness. She readily answered my questions, set my mind at ease about everything, and made me laugh. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable yet humble and kind. I appreciated that. 5 stars for Dr. Schmitt, At.D. Dr. Maw, herself, is a very special doctor. It is obvious once one meets her that she has an extraordinary amount of knowledge and experience. She is open to questions and answers them honestly and thoughtfully. I knew I was in very good hands with Dr. Maw. Her ability to be caring, given her vast amount of responsibilities, is impressive. I would refer a family member to her without any hesitation.
