One of the worst administrations I've ever encountered in the medical profession. Billing is hap-hazardous and ill conceived. Prescriptions are poorly written with errors. Office space is typically unheated. But for the fact that Dr. Alexander is excellent at what she does, I would drop her in an instant for the lack of proper administration and staffing.
