The staff is amazing! Each staff member makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Jennie is very knowledgeable and kind. I could not be happier at this dentist office!

Dr. Ly has been wonderful with my 5 year old who needed some work done! She is not afraid of the dentist because of her great experience :)

Having just read all of the comments I'm sorry to say I didn't have the same experience. She pulled 2 teeth - one with a veneer and made no attempt to save it, explaining she would put in a Partial plate. Once gums healed I was then told she doesn't do partial plates so sent me to a denturist who explained the remaking back tooth would not support a plate. I would have done more research before allowing her to extract these teeth . Now need gum surgery to support an implant . Would not recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr Ly. I was terrified of the dentist due to a passed experience and she has made me completely comfortable to the point I now have no fear of dentists. I had to have some teeth pulled and she was so gentle and took the time to explain the after care perfectly and because of all this I had almost no pain after at all. I highly recommend her to everyone.

This is my 3rd dentist in the Collingwood area over the 15 years I've lived her and Dr. Ly is the best of them. She is gentle and very competent. She does not do work unless it is necessary (unlike others who filled my mouth with uneccessary fillings). After getting work done at other dentists, I used to have pain for months afterwards or the bite or fit wasn't right and I would have to keep coming back for fixes. Dr. Ly has been the only one to get the fit of fillings and crowns right the first time!

I was very impressed with my appointment with Dr. Ly. She was very gentle, thorough and took time to explain what was happening with the health of my mouth. She has been in Collingwood since 2012, so everything is brand new and state-of-the-art in the office and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although Dr. Ly did not accept my insurance as pre payment, the receptionist did submit the claim to my insurance company on my behalf before I left the office. The other thing I liked was that Dr. Ly herself did my cleaning and check-up, which not many dentists take the time to do. I would highly recommend that you give her a try, its not overly difficult to get an appointment.

Dr. Ly was recommended to me by a patient in Wasaga Beach. I found my 2 appts. to be handled with thoroughness, gentle and caring. I have had 3 fillings replaced. She explained the need for the fillings and why the cavity occurred. Treatment was explained and handled in a professional manner.

Dr. Ly never explained treatment fully to me and I could not understand her too quite. My filing fell out next day. My family will not be returning. The staff was not knowledgeable and caring.
