I needed a tooth filled and was looking for a new dentist within walking distance. So I made an appointment with Dr Pozniakowski. Day before appointment he postponed it by another week due to family situation. He filled the tooth in a half-hour, but he charged $300 for an "emergency visit". How was it an emergency after he postponed it? I think he overcharged, I would expect to pay $120 or so for a quick filling with my previous dentist. Also he said the tooth beside the one he filled had a cavity. I saw another dentist to confirm this, but he found no cavity in the adjacent tooth. I found Pozniakowski did a professional job, but the misdiagnosis was suspicious & he was greedy price-wise. I would avoid him if you don't have dental insurance.

Great dentist, decades of experience certainly shows in the work he did for me. He was able to safe a tooth others wanted to extract. Very skilled and detail oriented. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated professional.

I had the most unprofessional experience there. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed and I arrived 5 min earlier. Dr. Pozniakowski asked another person to come to his office and I have not seen him after. I waited 40 min, asked his secretary about my appointment. She answered me like I am some kind of disruptive child and she is unfortunately in the position to deal with the likes of me. In 5 min his assistant asked me to come to a cubicle and started filling up some questionnaire. I noticed a slew of alternative medicine certificates on the walls, nothing which would talk about his dental skills. I waited another 10 min and then decided that this was ridiculous enough. He did not treat me and maybe he is a great practitioner, but he and his staff certainly do not treat people professionally.
