I was referred to this office by a friend and was not disappointed. The staff and dentist were all very nice. The offices extended hours make them incredibly flexible. They are able to get me I. On short notice.

I love this place, coming here for 10+ years ago of sure, bringing my child when he was very young - to fix his broken at school tooth and we stayed here. Dr. Tuli is very accurately doing her work and she is a nice person. They always count charges not to go over insurance and deal with insurance directly - i don't need to pay anything. They have clean office, good equipment, free parking (you need to take the parking ticket to the office to validate - it is good for 2 hours) , available internet if you wait a bit.

I switched to Sherway Dentistry when I moved to the west end. I have been delighted by every single experience. Dr Tulli is a wonderful dentist, as are the many dental hygienists who have looked after me. The reception team is outstanding!

My family has been coming here for 2 years. The staff are very caring and helpful. Dr Tuli is amazing with my kids. She takes her time and explains things very well with options.

I'm a longtime patient at Sherway Dentistry and I've seen Dr. Tuli many times for fillings and a few crowns. I find her always pleasant and kind and all the staff make me feel comfortable. Sometimes I do wait a bit but honestly I am so comfortable at this office it would never cause me to leave. The office is always clean and is modern and updated. I never have to wait long to get an appointment either and they are open in the evenings and Saturdays which is great for me. I can only speak for myself but I have never had a billing issue and they send my claims to my insurance for me so I don't have to worry about it. There is also a whitening program which I like as well! I have seen several of the hygienists too and they are all friendly and professional. You will also be reimbursed for your parking!

They will advise you that a MINIMUM of 3 cleanings each year is required. Communication is not great - the doctor will say one thing, the hygienist another and the receptionist yet something else. While they are polite and courteous more than often I felt as if I did not get a proper explanation of what was done, and what needs to be done. When I had my first visit at this office I had an (what I thought was a thorough) initial examination with multiple x-rays and a chat with the doctor and filled out forms etc. A few months later I was told I had to take more x-rays... when I told them I already took a few they said it wasn't enough and that I needed another set. Then during the next appointment I needed another x-ray to properly assess the possibility of having cavities. I actually took the time to look up the billing codes they've submitted and find it a bit questionable.

Dr. Tuli does know a lot but in my experience she never really addresses my concerns properly. I always seem to end up with more problems AFTER visiting Sherway Dentistry. I've given them a lot of chances and been very patient with them. They're always more interested in securing my next appointment. At one point the receptionist deliberately cut me off on the phone. I don't know why review for her are so good, maybe I'm the only one who gets this treatment for whatever reason even though I'm always polite. I'm going to find another dentist.
