My father who has been seeing Dr Albert for years went to him a few weeks ago saying he was having trouble breathing dr told him to go home and drink pomegranate juice..
A week later my father was admitted to hospital with heart failure they drained 3litres of fluid from him.
We know have a new Dr for dad and will never step foot back in this surgery…

Very surprised he is still allowed to practice he was under investigation for numerous things last I heard ...and he is the worst doctor I've ever been too and I dont go to the doctors much.. very dirty practise the one he had at East Gosford it stunk so bad but I found him to be very un educated and not know much also rude and condescending to his patients.. go elsewhere so many great doctors and their staff members around that actually treat patients the same not discriminate cos of colour and such.. can say I've never had any issues with other doctors just this one and I'm not the only one alot of people have jad proble.s with him.. I would go to appointment on my lunch break and he would purposely make later appoinents so i had to pay he had a thing anything past 11am it was 60 or 70 cant remember and then anything past 1pm u pay cash etc but he would still claim it under Medicare and I never got a partial refund not once as the receptionost at medicare said it was bulkbilled and im like no i paid $100 and something can't remember the exact amount so they said they would investigate him and he always made your appointment later to make you pay and he would claim it on medicare when u question why they needed your medicare and it was scanned or whatever they didn't like it.. you would be treated so rudely found him to be a bit of a creep also.. steer clear of this doctor not worth having someone like him look after something so valuable to you such as your well being even a backyard dodgy doctor would be more educated and more respectful but in all seriousness alot better doctors are around that aren't dodgy like him and his receptionist.. the only ones giving good reviews would be fake accounts that are his workers and his family and no I never went there asking for addictive pills etc it was for a continued script and he even played games with that so no I'm being truthful on my experience with Dr Galea, staff and his practice

Didn't get past the receptionist. I only popped in to see if the doctor was taking new patients and she made seem like it was the hardest bit of work ever. The doctor might be worth the other ratings here but I'm not going to try again. Punctuality and Knowledge I won't ever know but Helpfulness refers to the receptionist.

Wouldn't be still here if it wasn't for Dr Galea..he persevered with a super bug I had until he got it. Most Dr would have just given me antibiotics and toldd me they would kill bug.

Grouchy doctor, dirty / messy practice, and miserable receptionist. If you're looking for someone who cares about his patients, just look elsewhere.
