Wood Rome is an Arrogant and downright dismissive Dr. . Makes you feel ignorant and just wants to sell his products. Long waits and hot waiting room. Zero stars.

I visited Dr. Krishawna Thompson and I am very pleased with the service of care I received. She listened to my problems and my needs. She was very thorough with her exam and concerned with an issue that is critical to my life. The staff was very polite and helpful. The receptionist was very polite. Due to the medication I was prescribed for pain I was required to submit to a ua which I felt was reasonable. All in all I am very pleased with my new Dr.

Total lack of concern. Rude receptionist. Mother had x-ray from a fall- three days later and no results. Calls to office went to a full voicemail and when phone/message system was questioned, I was disconnected. Visit to office for results led to being told "no time to see/talk- come back tomorrow"- My mother was still in pain. Saw Dr. G the following day and while he was very kind, he seemed at a loss on how to address front office staff or phone system as Dr. Woodrome owned the facility. Repeated attempts to contact Dr. Woodrome were unsuccessful. - This is not the place you want your parents receiving medical care. --- Concerned Daughter.

"First time seeing doctor and he got in my face and argued with me on my medication previously perscribes....felt he tried to belittle me and make me feel stupid. He never discussed with me my issues or how I felt"....rude loud obnoxious. .my daughters opinion.

At first I really liked the doctor and his two very friendly and helpful nurses. I've been a suboxone patient with him for several months. I have never had a negative urine screen or been early or late for my appointments. This last mmonthi was early and he refused to help me any. He gave me some knock off brand at half the regular dose and I will be in full withdrawal by the time I go back. I was not expecting a full refill and I know I put myself in the position to run out. His new nursei s rude and knows nothing about suboxone or how to treat patients with respect and courtesy. The doctor was short and told me I was on my own till the ninth .. horrible.

Doctor Woodrome miss diganosed my Husband said he had an allergic reaction to medication we went to Urgent Care he had Shingles WOW!!!!!

I have seen this guy off and on for years as we have so many foreigners here that I can't understand, and the others I've tried are just as bad as Woodrome. If you are an old person he can sweet talk you and baby you, and they do everything he says, even if they don't agree. But with younger people who question him, he gets arrogant pretty fast. I have a medical background, and am very knowledgeable about treatment, medicines, my allergies to meds, and my own body, and when I ask him questions he either answers me like a child that's bothering him or gets ticked off. It takes hours before you are put in a room, then 1-2 hours before he walks in, then he just floats from room to room saying he'll be right back. And yes he visits out in the back office halls when he's supposed to be with you. Getting them to call/fax an Rx for you is nearly impossible, and can take months. If you want good service only go on a day when you will see a PA!

Paul and I have been using dr woodrome for over seven years . He is the most caring doctor! If he sees a problem he will send you to the best specialist around. He really loves his patients . He is so good to all old patients and has helped Paul and I face different medical issues. If you need an excellent doctor use doctor woodrome.
