One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Waited an hour past my appointment before being seen then was treated so rudely it was almost unbelievable. Very unhelpful. Tried to talk me into a controversial medcation with risky side effects then got completely bent out of shape when I asked about alternatives. An awful, awful person.

I have seen Dr. Chen for years and have found her to be consistently helpful. She is a good listener and respectful of my input. Her knowledge and insight are very strong, and she is able to troubleshoot tricky diagnoses.

Horrible Doctor. Refused to hear my issues, didn't read my chart, yet wanted to sell me her skin treatments even though I told her I wasn't interested. Not informed on basic meds for thyroid. Staff is rude and insistes you come in for appointments to get referrals that Chia had made but the staff didn't follow through on.

Redwood Family Practice has gone downhill. They used to be good. I've gotten wrong prescriptions. I'm treated like cattle. Dr. Chen reads the chart when she walks in the room not before. I feel like I'm being run through a car wash of medical treatment without a care to its effects on me. I do NOT recommend.

Dr. Chen rushed me through trying to convey issues I was having, didn't follow up on several issues, and was patronizing and unclear. I waited about an hour to see her and she spent little more than 5 minutes with me.
