I have been with Dr Tai for almost 7 years, and the service has only gone downhill. She was great when I first started, but you now have to wait extremely long times before getting into your scheduled appointment. I regularly wait 30-45 minutes after my appointment time to get into the chair. On top of that she is very brisk and rude, she clearly does not have time for questions or concerns. She did not even have the right reason for my visit and would not let me interject to tell her she was wrong. On top of that, she accused me of lying before even looking in my mouth as “that’s a rare thing to happen”. It took everything I had to not walk out. On top of that, I then had to wait 45 minutes to pay for a replacement retainer. I used to give glowing recommendations for Dr.Tai, now however I would dissuade from seeing her.

Always delay and sometimes over 30 minutes wait of your scheduled appointment. Not good during the pandemic and hard to estimate how much paid parking time you’ll need.

I would not come here for any dental work. Dr. Sandra Tai is too busy to spend any time with you after you’ve signed the contract to pay. You would wait on average 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment before you are seen. Because the hours are not convenient (9 am - 3 pm) and she's always late, you will end up having to take half day off work whenever you have an appointment. Her dental assistants are not very careful with your teeth either. They've cut my mouth sticking in mirrors for the assessments and photos. When asking to be more gentle, the assistants have just brushed it off to say it's almost done and it will all be over soon. They also refused to work with my other specialist by sending my patient records because I wasn't comfortable to work with her partner, Dr. David Tai, for additional dental work. The other specialist wasn’t even a competitor. As a result, my invisalign treatment had to be restarted wasting absorbent amount of money. Evidently, I was not the first person to leave a bad review. The receptionists were handing out flyers asking people to leave good reviews because they haven't been receiving positive feedback. If you are looking for specialists that are professional and knowledgeable, I would not choose Dr. Sandra Tai and her associates. I ended up going to another orthodontist and have been so much happier with their work. Don't waste your time and money with Dr. David and Sandra Tai. You deserve better.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Sandra Tai. She is much too busy to have any time to answer your questions. I felt so rushed in her office. Her dental assistants were also very rough with my mouth and face and when I made a comment that I felt uncomfortable they said it was because of my crooked teeth. They were inattentive and gossiped about the orthodontists who worked there while serving me. I will not disclose the contents of their conversation but you can already imagine how unprofessional that is and does not give me any confidence in their practice. I ended up taking my treatment to another orthodontist and I am so glad I did.

Dr. Sandra Tai is very pleasurable and efficient. The whole team there are very friendly and gentle. I absolutly enjoy all my appointments because of the staff and I highly recommend coming to Dr. Sandra Tai.

Dr. Sandra Tai, her associates and support staff are wonderful. I had a great experience during my entire treatment with braces and follow up treatment with various retainers which was 3 years ago. I recently returned to get a new retainer and received the same high level of support, service and knowledge, as consistent throughout the past treatment. I've experienced all staff to demonstrate a high level of excellency in their respective areas of expertise. All in all, a wonderful group of professionals providing the best service in this field.

I am doing my invisalign with Dr. Sandra Tai. She seems pretty professional and very knowledgeable about what she is doing. BUT she is way too busy to see you after first consultation and second itero scan. The clinic is a pretty decent clinic with all very high-end technology and stuff. I've been there for over a year now, and i've only seen her twice. Every check up and adjustment or anything is done by her Daughter and the assistants. I dont know where she is every day, but she is not at the office for her patients or at least not there every time i went. And she never told me thoroughly on how this is going to work, so i have to ask the assistant to show me the whole process on their computer. My suggestion would be do it somewhere else if you are looking for a Doctor that cares and pays attentions to your invisalign process and actually SEES you for every check up. But if you dont mind that, Sandra Tai's office and her Daughter and staffs would be a good choice too.

Both my children have been seeing Dr Tai since they were little. The staff in her office are wonderful. Dr Tai is very knowledgeable and very caring. We feel very well cared for. Her renovated office space is so pretty.
