Dr makes decisions without consulting both parents. She is NOT knowledgeable on current research and the effects of meds on children's brains'. She is rude and her staff is as well. Billing is delayed. She is expensive. Horrible at communication.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The person who answers phone calls for this provider asked me questions about my son's needs and why we want to be seen, so I spent my time being as thorough and helpful as I could and provided her with information about why medication management is needed. She said that she needed to talk to the provider and get back to me. My son is 6 and has multiple disabilities and complex needs, and it gets really old being discriminated against by people in the health care profession as well as in general in society.

She did not see him in person to adequately gauge his needs. She did not meet us and talk to us in person. She blatantly discriminated against him because of his disabilities and diagnoses and did not want him to come in and be seen at all. It is morally wrong in my opinion, as a provider, to discriminate like this--and pick and choose which children you will provide care to, and which ones not to. Are all children not deserving of support and care? And parents too? Especially without ever meeting and asking formal questions and assessing for all needs. I think that is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

She has been extremely helpful to me and my child. In the age of "med checks" she takes time to figure out what the problem is. She engages in actual therapy, instead of just pushing pills. Great doc

I have been very pleased with Dr. Taylor and her very helpful staff. She has worked with my daughter to help bring her success. We were previously with another psychiatrist that I just had a very difficult time connecting with. This has not been the case here. I can talk about and learn about the issues in intellectual ways that empowers me to be able to deal with them better. She has been a wonderful Dr. for my friend's son who suffers from Asperger's as well. I am grateful to have found her. She is ready to make a change when necessary and doesn't just throw medicine at every problem.

If you veiw your treatment as a team approach this is not the doctor for you. Dr. Taylor does not like to be question, contridicted or have any other practice involved in process. After deciding this was not the doctor for us and notifing the office that we were switching physcians she refused to send the necessary reports to my sons school for his IEP even though I had signed the necessary paper work! The school said they have NEVER had a doctor refuse to send the reports because a patient has switched doctors! Dr. Taylor was condesending, abrasive, and not interested in anyone having a opinion other than hers! This was not a good experience!

This doctor was very rude. On more than one occasion, she made me cry due to her insensitive comments. She would switch to a different med literally every week if I didn't "feel different." It's well known that medications may take months to have full effect. Her staff (who happen to also be her children) were apathetic and disrespectful.
