He was too busy to spend time to deal with my concerns. Seemed more preoccupied to shuffle me out of his office because he was too busy. He lacked empathy or any interest to manage my health problems.

I have had only talk from him, useless doctor who does not even bother to see his patients.I have seen mainly his students and his nurses. He barely touches his patients , all my friends have already found new docs in the clinic and area.He does not even remember to do referrals.I waited for a hematologist for 2 years thanks to him, later found through front desk there was no referral done.Shame on such practice, such attitude and arrogance.I will not recommend Dr. Rai to anyone....

Dr Rai is friendly makes you feel comfortable when in, and follows up with your issues. He is caring and very through with looking at options. I am so glad I made the change from my prior doctor to him.

Dr. Rai has been our family doctor for several years now, and I have always found him to have great listening and communication skills. He is very thorough and promptly ordered follow ups, tests, and referrals. I have NEVER felt rushed, and he did always show genuine concern for the health of my family.
