Dr Rai has been our dr for the last 3 hrs after dealing with a quack. He is just amazing. Listens, doesn’t rush us nor write a script unless it’s needed. He always digging to see what any of our issues are to get to the bottom of it. Always makes us feel like we matter.

Dr. Rai is a very good doctor in my opinion. He is knowledgeable and is able to explain things and discuss your needs in a clear and practical way for you to make decisions. He does often have a trainee that will see you in his stead, but I find that he always follows up after this session for a moment to see how it went and clarify any questions. Biggest draw back for this clinic is the front office staff. I find their processes and general etiquette off putting, as I often feel like I am inconveniencing them whenever I call to book an appointment. That said, once you are in to see Dr. Rai, the appointment usually goes without a hitch. Overall, I am happy to have him as a family doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Rai for quite some time. Yes, he does have a lot of trainees, but I appreciate he is willing to train others. At the end of the conversation with the trainee, he always comes in to ask how things are and if I have any questions. He is fantastic with getting you to the right specialist for issues that can be best handled by the specialist. There are times he is rushed but aren't we all. I really enjoying going to him and feel I am being treated well. He will listen if you have concerns with how things are going and will address them.

Dr Rai is an excellent Doctor, I have been going to see him for the last decade and can't give him enough praises. His mannerism and communication is top notch and he always appears to truly care about you and your personal health. I never want to visit the Doctor's office but I do enjoy my time with Dr. Rai and the care he gives.

I have been a patient of Dr.Rai’s for quite a few years now. He is very kind and compassionate. I appreciate that I never feel rushed and he hears me out. I recently brought my nee baby in for her 2 week check up. He went above and beyond giving me reassurance, some great advice, putting my mind at ease and giving me a much needed “pep talk” about life with a new baby. I left feeling really great. His kind demeanour was very much appreciated.

Beware! The staff are nice, but it is difficult to book and get my concerns across. My first impression of Dr. Rai was that I thought he was nice and easy to talk to, but after that I quickly realized that he would try to make the quick "fixes" with your problems and give little effort in making sure I had the right testing or treatments. I often saw student doctor which often did not get it right, and sometimes they seemed uncomfortable since Dr. Rai was not there with them. I see another doctor at another clinic, and I now get the proper care I need! Don't waste your time with Dr. Rai!

I would avoid this doctor. A student came to see me and and the doctor never came into the room. The student gave me an antiacid prescription. The student doctor didn't even touch me, I had all the symptoms of diabetes. I ended up going to the emergency with at Westview blood sugar of 38 and spent 5 hrs in stony plain emerge and then had an ambulance ride to Royal Alec where I spent last 5 days and now I am a newly diagnosed diabetic.

I have been a patient of Dr Rai’s for 11years. He is rarely delayed, kind and compassionate. His referrals have been top notch and he seemingly goes above and beyond to help where he can. For a busy young doctor, I think he is doing a great job. He is also a great human being.

I've been seeing dr rai for several yrs now and I couldn't continue,he is nice to talk to but he is like the walmarts of dr's all for numbers and the quality is poor ,he has no idea who you are and prescriptions are on top of list instead of finding problem he is a big business In training with little care of his patients, nice to talk too but if i wanted conversation i da join a social club!
