Truly one of the worst experiences of my life seeing this doctor, very hard to believe she graduated from medical school. Her arrogance along with her lack of listening skills are going to cause great harm to patients.

This woman has a doctor degree??? All she cares about is giving people medicine whether you need it or not, and making up diagnosis without the proper testing

Staff is the downfall of her practice. They do not return calls and insist on emails via their answering machine. Trying to schedule an appointment to review results and proceed but can’t get a hold of anyone in the office. She communicates well and is nice but can’t get in to see her

Dr. Mettle is a good doctor, she's earn her degree, and for those who say she's always late and rushes her patients is untrue. Her office does have some downfall, hard to get hold of and calls and not return frequently enough. Getting an appointment is too much of a long wait, the voicemail message is too long. We are living in difficult times right now and medical doctors are scarce--but Dr. Mettle is doing her job as a doctor with what she has. I would hope that her office will get more efficient and things will improve with time. Thank you Dr. Mettle

The absolute worst doctor and staff. How they are legally allowed to treat patients this way is beyond me.

This office no longer answers the phone. This office takes two weeks to return an email regarding sensitive test results for the patient and books an appointment two weeks after abnormal test results.

This doctor is incompetent. She does not listen, she talks over patients and gets the information wrong.

This truly has to be the worst doctor if I can actually call her that. Rude, arrogant and unqualified. She has taken over from a previous doctor who was brilliant and has managed to destroy the practice all within less than one year. She threatened me in person that if I don’t like her I can go find a new doctor, this, during a pandemic. It takes her weeks to return a phonecall and when she does she gets all the information wrong. She then talks over the patient and instead of offering any apology she then has the arrogance to tell me if I don’t like this I can go find another doctor. From the quick search under her name she has a college degree from Nashville, how legal is this in Ontario. She is dangerous and should be investigated.
