I have never commented on a web site before, but am making this my first time as an opportunity to comment on Dr. Frank. She is the epitome of what a physician should be; curious, thoughtful and informed. She has your well being as her foremost concern, addresses you like an adult, and has a good sense of humor. I am lucky to have her as my doctor and hope she never retires. No, I am not related to her.

Dr Frank is the most wonderful Dr! She takes time to listen and care for her patient. She truly cares and takes the time to explain and ansewr all questions. One time I was in her office for myself and had my son with me. He was fussing and said that I thought he might be on the verge of an ear infection, and I had to call his Dr. She offered to look in his ear for me. Sure enough he did, she even showed me and told me exactly what I was looking at so that I understood(my son's Dr hasn't even offered to do that) I got him into his Dr right away. She took the time to care for my son who wasn't her patient. She is wonderful!

Dr Mary Frank is one of those rare Drs who will spend as much time as needed to explain what is going on with your health and/or health issue. It is important to her that your questions get answered and I have the feeling that she is interested in my well being. If I am left waiting for a while to see her, I don't mind because I know she is spending as much time as she needs with the patient ahead of me and I will get the same quality attention.
