Appointments are always running late. Office staff at the front deal are unprofessional and rude: on personal phone calls ignoring patients, on facebook, do not follow up on questions or concerns. Had to fix issue 3 times before we have up and changed dentists.

Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Staff was on the phone(from the conversation, it appeared to be a personal phone call) when I arrived, pointed to the sign-in sheet and kept on talking. Would not allow me to go into the exam room with my daughter who is 12 years old. We have always had a pediatric dentist, however, it seems that now your child has to be less than 8 years old to be considered pediatric. They did a cleaning and told me that we would have to reschedule for another appointment in order to see the doctor. Huh?

The staff is not friendly or welcoming. The dentist did not even speak to me or take any time to be gentle whatsoever. Painful, uncomfortable, glad I don't go there any more.

Didn't get to meet Dr. Austin-Brown. Filled out paperwork, checked "pregnant" because I wasn't sure. Receptionist announced to the entire room-including to my 12 year old daughter that I was pregnant. NOT professional. Should have been handled privately. Won't return. Ever.
