I've been to Dr Brown 13 times: first for MOHS surgery: 12 times for other skin conditions. Dr Brown's demeanor and bedside manners were originally cool and quick but improved over last 2 years. I'm there for medical treatment, not for a personalty review. She is very competent and knowledgeable. I feel confident and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Brown and her staff are fabulous! She is the best in Texas and the only one who has been able to help me with my AK's (pre-cancers) and aging skin. They stand behind their work and are very accommodating.

This doctor is not the ONE to spend any type of time with you. She rushes in makes her diagnosis and leaves. Her staff push her overpriced products that do not work. I was perscribed an antibioctic for my acne that was over 1,000.00 dollars. It did not work!!! I have spend hundreds of dollars buying her products to no luck. I went and saw another dermatoligist and found out that I do not have rosacea like doctor Brown stated. My acne is in control now. This lady comes in for 5 minutes maximum. She makes you feel stupid and has her staff answer your questions. I would never see this doctor again.

Eight year ago saw her for the first time for MOHS surgery - and was satisfied with result, though she was never friendly. Used her satisfactorily over the years for removing Cysts and moles. Recently had appt for removing another cyst - she "ran out of time" and wanted me to reschedule; when I insisted I expected her to keep the appointment she wanted her "technician" to do the surgery. I refused. She ended up doing the surgery but forgot to tell me she had used stiches that needed to come out later. I discovered the stiches when the wound healed but the area was still sore. She did not even apologize for her negligence. I no longer use her.

Dr. Brown's waiting room can some times get backed up in the late afternoon, as she is the only doctor in the office. Best to get an early appointment time. Dr Brown is extremely knowledgable in dermatology and keeps current on the most advanced treatments available. She is MOHS certified, and is very thorough in answering all your concerns before you leave (some times the reason for the appointment delays, but worth it). One of very few Drs.who is comfortable working with immune compromised patients, as many Drs are unwilling to deal with the infection/healing risks and complications of these patients

Yesterday's visit was great. I have been under her care for about 6 years now and have had a variety of treatments with positive results. She is professional, careful and offers clear instructions that have made a hudge difference in treating my skin cancer.
