She seemed competent enough but personality was very cool, detached.

Dr Brown treated my husband for a wart that would not go away. And when I saw "treated" I mean she looked at it for 2 minutes, sent him to a laser tech and billed insurance $800, of which we paid $650 (approx) out of pocket. I would NOT recommend Dr Brown. She had no personality, cold, not friendly and spent 0 time discussing anything with my husband.

I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service I received. I heard so many good things about Dr. Brown but my experiences were the complete opposite of what I heard. On the video she had playing in the waiting room, she stated she personally does all her consultations but I barely saw her. She was in the room with me for about 2 minutes. I was left in the room with a man who had the worst bed side manners and I felt completely uncomfortable. However, none of this compares to how I felt when I received a bill from her billing office stating if the charges weren't paid in full within 30 days, I would be charged 18%. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Had I been informed of this, I would have chosen another doctor. I would NEVER refer ANYONE to Dr. Brown.

I will not use this doctor again. She was not kind, not informative. She did not tell me I would be left with a large scar after removing a very small cyst. I had the same procedure donw by North Dallas Dermatology and was left with a small scar. I left their practice because my insurance changed. Before the procedure Dr. Brown gave me no information about the recovery time. Dr. Brown is clearly not concerned with her patients, she wants to get in and out of the room as fast as possible. I have never been this unhappy with a doctor. I will not be returning.

I have never been upset after going to a doctor, but I was after going to her. She was in the room for no more than 3 minutes, made a "diagnosis" very quickly which ended up to be wrong and told her PA what products I should get without explaining anything to me. I spent something close to $200 on her in office products I probably didn't need, but she has her own line so of course she is going to prescribe them. On my follow up appointment she was also very quick and short with me, not explaining anything. Her waiting room was packed and it seems her motivations are not patient satisfaction, but to fit as many patients in as possible so she can make more money. This is the kind of doctor who isn't a "healer" but a disengaged seeker of better profitability.

Looks like you now have your staff or perhaps relatives working overtime making up fake good reviews for you. Patients are not looking for a FRIEND in a doctor, this is true....but a little bit of HUMANITY and the ability to communicate are requirements. Worst doctor ever!

Very helpful, gave me all information up front. Told me what to expect and everything happened just as they said. I could not be more pleased. Dr. Brown knows what she is doing and does it extreamly well. Thanks

I don't care for the product push. Dr. Brown is not personable but I am seeing her for medical issues not socializing. I am not pleased with their billing process at all. They wait to file and then I get harsh billing notices that I have "30 days" to settle or get penalized. I was not pleased with my last dermatologist either and her practice does better meet my needs.
