Office staff forgot to supply requested record of services for reimbursement at office visit. Office staff rarely answers phone during office hours. Although office staff member said they would email me the record of service, for the singular time that my phone call was taken, it never arrived. At my office visit the physician presented as well-versed in 20th Century medicine and pharmaceutical management. As an avid reader of current medical and related scientific research and as I am interested in functional medicine physicians, this physician was not a good match for my expectations.

My colonoscopy and Endoscopy experience with Dr Kosche was very personable I was very confortable. But her receptionist at her office name Jill is very rude I have never gotten a positive feeling when ever I called the office
Last incident for my followup after my procedure . I call the office the receptionist Jill put on hold for over 5 minutes when she returned I say to her in customer service telephone etiquette you must refresh the call after a minute showing empathy and excusing for the long hold she says to me " that's not the way they work in this office. Ann if I don't like it I can go somewhere else "
I will never again go back to that office
One thing I realized coming out of the receptionist mouth is that you are treated according to the type of insurance coverage you have

I have been seeing Dr. Kosche for many years. We've been through at least 3 colonoscopies together and she has provided great care for my other gastrointestinal needs. She and her staff are friendly yet professional. Dr. Kosche is easy to talk to and always does a great job answering my questions. I highly recommend her and her practice.

Staff: starting with a warm welcome and ending with very courteous calls for follow ups, her staff is incredible! Punctual: sharp on time, amazing!!! Helpfulness: provided me with a holistic approach centered on me as a person, including recommendations to help my pocket ... loved it! Knowledge: from a Harvard style mini lecture using colorful charts and anatomical models, to the nitty gritty details of pre-procedure preparation, after procedure planning, including what to expect in the pharmacy, in the outpatient surgical place, and everything else ... Awesome! As a bonus, all the people in the outpatient surgical place were so sympathetic ... Dr. Kosche is for me an excellent physician with great social skills, very intelligent, in the top of her field and commanding a very synergistic team of outstanding professionals and service providers. Had a colonoscopy performed. The problem was the medical coding company that Kosche employs to code her procedures. They got it wrong 2 times. Created insurance red tape.

I've been with Dr. Kosche, for many years. She diffinitely know her stuff, listens well to whar the problem is. so you are not feeling rushed and shes right to the point. Excellent doctor! I've recommend her to my family and work friends and they all feel the same way I do.

Dr. Kosche was the primary physician that was responsible for diagnosing & curing recurring episodes of acute pancreatitis that I suffered with for several years. Other gastroenterologists had diagnosed the cause as "idiopathic". She literally saved my life.
