Dr. Ahana was so accommodating to my very extremely nervous son. Even went as far as playing songs my son liked when we entered the operating room. Great experience (which I hope we don't have to do again anytime soon) and a great guy!

Dr. Alan Ahana has a wonderful pre-op manner. He seems so relaxed that he makes the patient relax. However, don't let his casual manner make you think he is anything but on top of the situation. A very good experience overall.

When your child undergoes surgery, it's really nerve-wrecking, but Dr. Ahana was friendly and reassuring. You can just tell that he is great with kids. Dr. Ahana even followed up with us after the surgery was over to let us know that everything was ok. Although we hope to never have to see him again, if someone we know ever needs surgery, we'd definitely recommend him!
