Aside from her horrible punctuality and waiting up to an hour and a half past appointment time to even get in the room. I feel her lack of care almost cost my baby and I our lives. I went to the hospital for bleeding around 36 weeks. They monitored baby's heart rate, gave me a bedside ultrasound and he seemed okay. They couldn't really figure out a cause and chalked it up to a irritated cervix. They felt I was okay to go home given I had an ob appointment in two days and thought I could follow up with her about it. At my appointment she barely even listened when I mentioned my concerns. I specifically said I was worried about placental function. No follow up ultrasound booked, just not really a care in the world from her. 5 days later I woke up extreme bleeding due to a placental abruption. I needed 3 blood transfusions at my local hospital before being rushed to kgh for an emergency c section. Horribly traumatic experience. The placenta was slowly detaching that whole week. I knew the bleeding I experienced wasn't normal but Dr Chamberlin didn't care and it was just another rushed appointment. I feel if she had actually listened to me, my condition would of been caught sooner. I also found out after my son was born that I had undiagnosed pre-eclampsia. Overall im grateful both my son and I survived but I wouldn't recommend Dr Chamberlin to my worst enemy

In all my years, I've never interacted with a doctor with worse bedside manner. She comes off so rude and condescending. Waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, another 20 in the room. She's awful.

terrible, rude, condescending, and refuses to listen to the patient with a very complex medical history. She also made some remarks that were very creepy and made me uncomfortable (a gyne patient). I do not recommend this dr for gynecology or obstetrics. I have since refused to see her and instead got my doctor to find me a better specialist.

It is one thing to waste your time with this doctor, but another thing to be misdiagnosed, have your treatment delayed to the point your medical issue is much worse. I do not appreciate someone risking my life with their indecision and not remembering what they said or did, last appointment. I am in such a mess because of her, it is devastating.

Really bad experience. Too hyper and as others have reported, very cold, so exceptionally difficult to deal with. She snaps at you and interrupts for no reason. My appointments were a waste of time with her indecision. You answer her questions but she acts as though she doesn't believe you. Her staff cannot get anything right. Overall, have to try to switch to someone else. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but this inefficiency and failure to deal with the issues, has gone on long enough.

I was a patient of Dr Chamberlain for the birth of my daughter. Appointments were always rushed and the wait was 1 hour plus. I kept telling her that babies in my family tend to be on the larger side and asked for her to check into this. She did not. My baby ended up being 12 pounds. Thankful there was a resident dr who knew what they were doing when I was admitted and suggested a c-section. In addition to this she did not stay on top of my hypertension nor did she look into my microscopic hematuria. Overall would not use her again or recommend.

Great OBGYN. Wish her appointments weren’t so behind, but that’s most OB’s in the hospital. She’s friendly, patient, and knows her stuff.

I was assigned her as a cancer patient. She didn't listen to anything I said and completely ignored that I am menopausal, when she could've just called any one of my other specialists. She treated me like I know nothing about my own body, and the effects that a year and a half of chemotherapy, and a transplant had on me. She also ignored that I was diagnosed with graft vs host disease by my last gynecologist. Somehow the clinic lost those files.

Dr. Chamberlain was my doctor for my son and now for the little girl that I'm pregnant with. She is very nice and friendly and always welcoming. She is right to the point and tells you like it is which I love about her. She doesn't waste any time when you are there for an appointment. I would recommend her to anyone.

Had an appointment with this doctor, and received a notice with this: "Your patient can expect
to see a learner (medical student or resident physician) Dr. Chamberlain does not discriminate against learners on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion and will not support any such discrimination on the part of the patients." Not that I would discriminate against a student for any of those things with the EXCEPTION of gender. Sorry, but if I am there for a gyn issue, I don't want male students gawking at me. This letter fully put me off and felt as though this Dr. feels as if she owns the rights your body and has no respect for pt privacy. As well, she is ingorant to the fact that due to cultural issues, some women don't want to be exposed in front of men!!!
