If you want to be talked down to, disrespected and if you like intimidation--Dr. Daya is for you. Also, he is consistently at least, AT LEAST 2 hours behind for appointments and can't understand why you had to leave to go to work and didn't wait around all day for him to call (just to brush you off, might I add).

I thought this was normal until I found another Doctor.

Dr Daya might be knowledgeable, but he didn't get me pregnant and he treated me like a piece of garbage.

I did one round of IVF with him, and 3 FETS.

He also thought I was someone else on the phone once and started asking me about their diagnosis. That was a nice touch.

Many years ago, Dr Daya saved my unborn child. My son, now grown & healthy & awesome in life, was the surviving twin of an ectopic pregnancy. I will forever be in his debt.

I was involved with a class action lawsuit against him. He performed major reconstructive unnecessary surgery on me. Because of what he did to me, I had to have further surgeries due to scarring, adhesions, cysts, and more all caused by the surgery he performed. The physical and psychological damage he caused to over 300 women is life-long. Please read the class action won against him because having a medical malpractice lawsuit come forward and successfully proved by victims is virtually impossible without 100% proof of: 1) Negligence 2) Causation 3) that there were substantial damages caused to victims.
