I've been trying for DAYS to reach the office just to reschedule an appointment and can not get a person or voice mail.After following far too many prompts I am transferred to an attendant who never answers and the call is disconnected.Even worse,when I select the option for "I have a severe medical condition and need to see someone NOW" the same thing happens. When I select number 2 "I am a doctor or calling from a hospital"--same thing. This has not happened once, this has happened a dozen or more times over the past 6 days.

I've been to this doctor 2 or 3 times in 3 years.Each time was a fiasco.Once the office location changed and no one on staff bothered to let me know. Needless to say, I could not call (see above paragraph--that nonsense has been going on for over a year).
