I have been a patient with her for years and she has never helped me fine solutions that don’t include antibiotics. She gave me rounds of antibiotics for an allergic reaction. I usually end up just going to a walk in clinic if I can.

Very grateful to have Dr. Rawoof as my family doctor. She is patient and explains everything without rushing you. Also she is open to natural medicine and does not push anything you are not comfortable with.

I love Dr. Rawoof! She is very personable, easy to talk to and very efficient! Whenever I have a problem, she always provides a solution. And her staff?? Soooo amazing ! Especially, the receptionist!

I am extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Rawoof. She has been my family doctor for years and I have never had a great experience or felt comfortable with her. My appointment is never on time, she rushes me every time, has zero empathy or regard for anything difficult I am experiencing and will only offer support or referrals if directly asked.

My family and I love Dr. Rawoof. Those that criticize need to walk a mile in their shoes. Being medical admin myself I see first hand how difficult it can be working with a demanding public. The verbal abuse is increasingly more common place. I wouldn’t trade the care and compassion the staff in this clinic show for anything. I’m always confident we are getting the best care possible. I have several family members that are dr rawoofs patients. I hear so mu h praise about the doctor herself. Appearntly she is one of the best doctors in the city . BUT the secretary Aida or Ada is one special piece of work. She is extremely offence when calling and has the personality of sandpaper. She must come to a realization that she can be replace by a phone call. She is not a colonel she is a secretary .

I have been seeing Dr. Rawoof almost since her arrival in Ontario, and have referred two family members to her. She is one of those remarkable doctors who actually cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen carefully and hear what the problem is, and like another reviewer said she doesn't leave a stone unturned. I don't find her to be a pill-pusher at all, as a different review said. I do, however, find her conscientious and determined to uncover the real issue regardless of how many tests and specialists she needs to refer you to. Dr. Rawoof is warm and friendly, and I credit her with saving my life by discovering and treating my heart problem after 20 years of being told it was "nothing serious." Her staff are also very friendly and helpful and on more than one occasion have gone out of their way to accommodate us when we needed their help. If you can get onto Dr. Rawoof's patient list you are fortunate, she is one of the best doctors I have had.

Dr. Hannah and her staff (Ada and Isabelle) are wonderful. The Doctor is kind, caring, and very thorough. She is easy to talk to, and makes you feel that you (the patient) are part of the plan for your care. Any tests, bloodwork, or other referrals are made when necessary, and from the time you are greeted on the phone, to the time of your appointment, I always feel that I am in good hands, and that is a relief when facing health concerns/issues. Thank You Dr. Rawoof and staff. You all do an amazing job!

Dr. Rawoof is the most wonderful family doctor that anyone could have! She is personable and down-to-earth and she really takes the time to listen! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and she doesn’t stop investigating until she gets to the root of the problem and solves it! She is also wonderful with children! We could not have found a better doctor anywhere!
