Lately I'm not happy when I call the secretary is pushy and always on the hurry to hung up saying DR is busy with patients as if we don't matter and as if they do free consultations . Im not satisfied as I was years ago. Why do doctors become neglectful once they have enough patients ? This is disappointing .I feel like we are asking for charity and whenever I call its like a burden on them. Specially when it is an important situation we don't get acknowledged until later . All family doctors are becoming like that . The system is screwed

Love him as a doctor but can never get an appointment with him and they are never open so what’s the point? Always end up going to the clinic instead.

Dr. Gonzales is THE BEST doctor ever! kind, compassionate, caring, informative, funny...I have had him as a doctor for may years now, and he is always treated me and my mom with respect. He is a good listener, and always gets to the root of any problem, whatever it may be. His staff is fantastic and always very helpful, always pleasant. I always tell everyone how great my doctor is!!!

I switched to Dr Gonzales a couple years ago and could not be happier. He is great with the whole family and makes us feel very comfortable. He listens to understand, gets to the root of the issue and has no problem sending a referral if necessary. His staff are fantastic as well.

I had Dr. Gonzalez as my Doctor before I moved to London. He is the best doctor I've ever had. I'm now back in the area again, and I'm hoping to get him back as my doctor. He's very kind, funny, and compationate.

Excellent Doctor & nurse (Star). My husband and I have been seeing Dr Gonzalez for almost 10 years. He is very attentive to your needs and don't hesitate to refer us when needed be.
By mistake sometime ago I missed an appointment. I felt really bad and called to apologize and to re-book. In a reproaching manner I was told that next time I would be charge for miss appointments. Honestly the way I was informed I felt like a criminal. The Secretary could have handled this in a more understanding fashion. Stuff happens!

Excellent Doctor! Switching to Dr Gonzales was the best decision. He cares, takes time to understand and get to the root of things. He doesn't hesitate to send referrals when needed. I always feel good when I leave his office, unlike my experiences with my previous Dr.

Excellent doctor. Stays with a problem till resolved . Refers to specialists when needed. Calls regarding test results etc. Even long after office hours are over. Kind , compassionate and fun. If it was ya charge to OHIP I would make an appointment even if I had no problem just to talk to him .
Nurse is also great person . Receptionist is helpful.
