Dr. Manchanda's walk-in-clinic located inside Superstore on King George & 72 Avenue in Surrey is a convenient place to go for seeing a doctor. But the Punjabi middle-aged, lady medical office assistant sitting at the front-desk is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She will not listen to your needs and even first thing in the morning she would give you an attitude which will throw you off. She needs to learn how to patiently listen to the patient's needs and try to help them. I got telephone consultation from a doctor in the morning at home and I had to go to the clinic during COVID-19 to collect my prescription. But I was kept waiting on their locked doors for over an hour to pick up my prescription as the lady MOA pretended that she had to call doctor again and receive a fax of my prescription from the doctor. In fact, the doctors working for this clinic who are working from home or elsewhere in isolation are directly connected to their computer system and didn't have to fax any prescription to them. This middle-aged MOA is extremely arrogant and disrespectful and needs to be taught professionalism by Dr.R. Manchanda the owner of the clinic.
