I went to Dr. Randall today for a first time appointment. She was exceptionally thorough. She took a detailed history and spoke to me about 45 minutes about my medical history and the symptoms I was now experiencing. She also did a physical while I was there, which I really needed as well in addition to the medical reason I came in.

I'm seeing a specialist Friday, and she ordered needed tests that I will now have done before that appointment, which helps immensely. Most importantly, I came in totally beyond stressed out. She was both empathetic and nonjudgmental. She's easy to talk to, and put me at ease. By the time I left, I was no longer stressed.

I feel that I'm on my way to feeling physically better thanks to her getting the ball rolling and am glad to have found an internist I feel like I can go to when needed who puts me at ease. I'm very thankful for her help and understanding.
