Ratings for Dr. Richard Peppard
Peppard is a bit of a righwing psycho, his practice reflects that. It is quite unwelcoming and sees you for your illness and money value rather than your value as a person. I did not appreciate my experience with this practice.

Dr. Peppard is a fantastic neurologist. I've found him to be caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. The only problem I have is that his wife/receptionist is appalling to deal with. It takes 3-4 left messages left on he4r machine to get a return call. She is very rude and abrasive over the phone or in emails.

Didn't seem to care for individual clients is always more interested in himself. Never a good experience with his support staff, Would not recommend, have since found a wonderful neurologist which only highlighted how unhappy I was with Richards care! If your not satisfied please keep looking I would steer clear of him in the future!

No people skills, Bossy nurse who is the only one you see. Kept answering his private mobile phone in theatre whilst I was having brain surgery. Total tool! Suspect he is on the autism spectrum. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Saw Dr Peppard for a number of years . Unfortunately because of moving have had to see another neurologist. Dr Peppard is a fantastic doctor and always took an interest in my queries and concerns . I have found his office manager / receptionist very helpful and polite .

I met Dr Peppard today (he worked the public holiday) and had a great experience learning about my pending DBS surgery journey. I am less anxious and feeling more positive 🙂

i found dr.peppard most helpful and easy to talk to. i have been a patient of his and would never see anybody else. i still consult him on a regular basis and have done so for a number of years.

Dr Peppard is a wonderful doctor who is caring, knowledgeable and terrific to deal with. I have been seeing him for over 10 years now.

Dr Peppard was very polite and friendly and helpful.
The online consultation went well I thought, that saved me a trip to the city. I do not enjoy this sort of trip.
