Dr. Krongold is very smart and “with it”. She is also kind, personable, and will address your concerns or questions with sincerity. Dr. K would never be condescending nor dismissive. Every appointment she has been well-prepared, recalling/referring to my file and touching on things we spoke about at the previous appointment. Dr. Krongold gives you her undivided attention, even though she seems like a very busy doctor! I’ve had 2 scopes with her, both of which I was reassured and given lots of info leading up, comfortably sedated throughout and given thorough follow-up. If you have the option to be referred to her, or at looking for a new GI doctor, she’s definitely the one!

Truly an exceptional practitioner. Bright, articulate, approachable and collaborative. I have never hesitated in telling her anything out of fear of being judged or reprimanded. I feel quite safe in her care and am thankful to have been referred to her.
