2 years ago my child had an SVT episode. I called to DR. Shtern and asked what should I do. She said to go to the hospital. Since then my child had another visits to the hospital with the same problem. Besides that, we had numbers of appointments with cardiologists. Each time we were at either ER or cardiologist, I witnessed that they made calls to Dr. Shtern. Suprisingly, she never called us back to ask how was her patient, not even once since my first call to her about our emergency.

I brought my 6 years old son with sore throat for examination. Dr Shtern conducted all necessary tests, found the cause - streptococcal angina and prescribed necessary medicine. After the visit, during the next couple of days she followed up personally via phone more then once. That distinguished her from others. My son is well and is attending school. Thank you, Dr Shtern! Dr. Shtern is an excellent physician. She has been taking care of my daughter for 5 years now. We are very happy with the attention we get from Dr.Shtern, her availability, judgement an overall bedside manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
