Medicaid / Medi-Cal
When you first go there the Doctors and staff are nice and polite, but after a few months they have become rude and disrespectful. You have to constantly repeat yourself about whats going on with you. With all the staff that stands around doing nothing, you would think they get a history so your next visit isn't taken up by repeating what you said last month. I feel I am no closer than I was six months ago with serious health issues. I just want to know what happened to the doctors that truly cared about their patients.
