Dr. Mark Fromer may be an excellent ophthalmologist I will never know waited 4 hours to see an optometrist stick to Lens crafters better surroundings & service
Lots of people trapped in the waiting room as the start you off fairly quickly then make you wait shame on me for hoping for the best

Triple overbooked every day, this practice is not concerned with your time and inconvenience. The waiting room is a horror show, with extremely bright hot track lighting (which is ironic because it's a place for eye care)...and packed to standing room only. EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR YEARS. He doesn't need your business really. You're only there because he's the best at what you do and he sets the ground rules which is too bad for you. Wait for me like a rock star.
