By the time I saw Dr. Bolivar, I couldn't even take care of myself without help from my daughter. The clinic was open but there was no one there but the nurses and medical assistants, who were very rude; no doctor on call. They told me that they no longer allow walk-ins. I had to make an appointment for over a week later because I needed help very badly. I took the pain medication an ER doctor prescribed which helped with the pain a bit. Upon seeing Dr. Bolivar I told him of the pain, how it spread, that it was constant, and that the ER doctor recommended I go to him and get a referral to a specialist. He yelled (not exaggerating) at me and ranted about "how dare that other doctor make him look bad in front of his patient!" He ignored my symptoms, said it might be a virus (but never tested for it), went on about putting me on more medications I was already on for unrelated things, did nothing about the pain, and sent me to do blood work for more unrelated things. I am never going back.
