Saw this Dr a few years ago. Was going through (at the time unknown...) my Lupus on set. Could barely speak I was so nauseous 24/7. Liver and GI tract were being affected. Still made me take the 4L barbaric prep, to which I would get sick from.
Then, before sedation before scope, asked if my symptoms were just because I was being assaulted at home (No, and no (Zero indication of such a thing)).
Doesn't take women's symptoms seriously, and has no bedside manner.

Just plain rude. Zero compassion for others and thinks he is God's gift to this world. So out of touch with reality and completely clueless about other people's feelings.

He is first to make assumption and first to second guess patients. I find him incompetent and hard to talk to, God complex at its worst. His receptionist is a patients worst nightmare, rude and impertinent. He also acused me in the front of my family doctor of withdrawing from recommended by him TIPS surgery. Funny bit about it is that I was adviced agaist this surgery by a member of his team ....unreal... Beware.

On first appointment said we could do a bunch of different things to take care of my liver. Second appointment said it was hard to see as imaging was poor. Next meeting said that the imaging was actually pretty good. He said I’d probably had my tumor from birth and that the drastic change in measurement from November 2020 to May 2021 was probably just difference in techs. He had nothing to say when I mentioned the second tech brought up the initial imaging to be as precise as possible. Every time he said “these kinds of things aren’t cancerous” there was a long pause followed by “well, usually”. Uncaring, poor attitude, poor communication, unhelpful.

Have been dealing with Dr. Brahmania for a few years now. He is a very fine Dr. We have had a couple of very frank discussion. He allows me to rant and then we decide what is best for me. I have seen quite a few Dr.'s during my illness and he is doing his best to make sure I can get my liver transplant. I admire Dr. Brahmania for his dedication to his patients.

Dr. Brahmania is brilliant. He diagnosed me with a rare form of liver disease which required me to have a liver transplant. He was with me throughout the difficult journey. I am now 6 months post transplant and couldn’t be more grateful to doctors like this one. I finally have my life back!
